Resumo:
The quality of care is paramount in the various spheres of society, both in the private sector and the public, given that the level of demand of users in various services is increasing every day and it's no different in the public sector. The quality service is located in a social and economic context of significant changes requiring training of professionals classified in this category of services to maintain trust and credibility with clients or service users in the case of the public sector. This study aims to identify the level of quality of care the Basic Health Unit of Santa Luzia do Cariri - PB, from the satisfaction of direct users. This study was based on an exploratory research, as the qualitative nature. This work was of a case study as a contemporary phenomenon starting from its real context was investigated using multiple sources of evidence. Data collection was done through questionnaires applied to 131 (one hundred and thirty-one) people, totaling 10% of users. The data analysis was used descriptive statistics with the Frequency record data using graphics. Regardless of the individual perceptions of each server reported by users as a whole achieves good evaluation unit. We can conclude that UBS Health of Santa Luzia do Cariri-PB, it has in users view a call of good quality within the possibilities and context in which it operates, but that aims to improvements in some specific points.
