Resumen:
The motivation of the employees backwards significant advantages for the companies. It
serves as a true instigator of the process of production of ideas to the point that
influences and inspires to the people or groups of people, each one with its proper
necessities and total distinct personalities, to work to reach all the objectives of the
organization, at the same time where it works to reach its proper objectives. The
motivation human being is a sufficiently complex subject and already he was boarded
for distinct schools of thought, thus generating the most diverse theories to try itself to
explain as the motivation acts and stimulates the people. One of these theories is of the
Expectância de Victor Vroom.As this theory, it has three basic forces that they act
inside of the individual and that they influence its level of performance. They are they:
Expectation, Valência and Instrumentalidade. Of this form, one develops a research in
the Trigos company & cia whose objective was to analyze the motivation of the
employees to the light of the theory of the expectations of Vroom. The adopted
metodológico model was of a descriptive, quantitative research and of field. The
instrument for the collection of data was a questionnaire, composition for closed
questions, totalizing 49 (forty and nine), divided in two parts: first, with 24 (twenty and
four) questions related to the Valence, 24 (twenty and four) related to Instrumentalidade
and 1 (one) related the expectation of the searched ones. The gotten results how much to
the motivation of the employees they can be considered as being sufficiently raised.
