This work is titled "gender’s configurations in the school environment" covers the gender’s configurations that is present in the school environment, doing a discussion how the concept of gender is forming and how gender configurations are present in school environment. Showing that the school has great importance in the life of the student, because is a part of this social construction and taking into account that the student spends more time at school than at home, will be in the school environment that they will acquire the knowledge, for the rest of their lives. For this purpose, we show how the gender configurations are being worked on at school, how students deal with prejudice every day. We made a research and used the focus group method in a eight high school teenagers group. In this group, we saw that the school is not prepared to give you with the settings of gender in high school, that prejudice exists and that this generates symbolic and physical violence. Noting that, in school, as a society itself, prejudice is still present against homosexuals, transvestites, and all other sexual options that is different from what is considered "normal" by society.
