The current environment of organizations is formed by a variety of individuals that constitute the organizational setting. The big difference has been to add value to people, who are the key element in the proper functioning of the activities to be executed. In this sense, this research aims to analyze the perception of Life Quality at Work (LQW) for generations Baby Boomers, X and Y who work in a public institution. A questionnaire was applied, adapted from model, which consists of the following dimensions: Social Integration, Use of Human Ability, Health and Safety in Working Conditions, Constitutionalism, Job and Life Space, Compensation Adequate and Fair, Career Opportunity, Professional Warranty and Job Social Relevance. The analysis was performed considering the different individuals characteristics per generation, and it was found that where the survey was conducted, it reflects the low level of awareness about the LQW for all generations belonging to research.
