Proposta de implantação da política no serviço da saúde pública na cidade Campina Grande.

Abstract

It is in the scope of the Municipal Administration that the most recurrent of the population problems are presented, The National Politics of humanization (NPH) must be understood as a set of principles and lines of direction that can be translated in actions of several health practices starting by the basic health. The Humanization subject, has been focus of attention in all the areas of the health. Thus, the research had as its general objective to consider a model of humanization in the public health service in the city of Campina Grande. In order to reach the considered objective, it was accomplished an exploratory and descriptive research type, constituted of a bibliographical revision on the subject in question and a field research . The sample was constituted by administrators and managers, the data had been collected by means of interviews not structuralized. From this instrument it was possible to verify if the given services to the the population are the recommended ones, on the basis of the National Politics of Humanization. The found results had evidenced that the City needs to resize its activities, in the way that some steps were suggested to the implantation of the politics.
