Résumé:
This work aims to analyze the organizational culture and climate in relations job Forum Affonso Campos - Campina Grande/PB. It is understood that it is possible to point the organization's effectiveness and the degree of satisfaction of its participants through the study of the culture and climate of the organization. This is a descriptive, considered as literature, with survey and case study. As data collection was applied questionnaires with objective questions using the National Index of Culture and Climate of the Judiciary, built and made available by the National Council of Justice. The results show the characteristics of culture and the object of this study organizational climate, serving as a form of organization to analyze how their servers act and behave and are consistent with the strategies of the institution.
