Resumo:
The present study focuses, know the process of inclusion of students with special needs in a mainstream school State, in this case schoolteacher José Gonçalves de Queiros in the city of Sumé Cariri Paraiba. Therefore, the objective was to understand the difficulties encountered in the practice of inclusion of pupils with special educational needs in mainstream education as well as to ascertain whether teachers are prepared to receive these students and how is this preparation. Given that inclusion is a prominent issue today, we briefly introduced in concept , but also the concept of exclusion, it is from this that we can talk about inclusion , so we entered a bit in history inclusive education and inclusive process as occurs in schools . For this, we use an exploratory research, one that aims to provide greater awareness of the problem in order to make it more explicit or build hypotheses, qualitative approach, using a questionnaire with closed questions and open. It is worth mentioning that with the result, it was realized that the process of inclusion in school is still largely unexplored and unknown to some, this is proven by the responses from the questionnaire, and through the graphics shown in this work. Thus, we can see the importance of this approach theme for our city.
