Abstract

This work was motivated by the need of discussing about the acquisition of goods and/or services by means of bidding in the modality he nails presencial in the Center of Activities João Rique Ferreira - SESI/PB, Unit placed in the municipal district of Campina Grande. Therefore, it is interesting to verify that an institution as you it needs to acquire a well and/or service it undergoes the process licitatório, instrument servant to facilitate the access the whole ones the interested ones in to hire with the organization and to promote the competition among the way vendors to request the best use of the resources organizacionais. Although different political, economic and social interests can be involved, this work it focou just technical aspects that involve the function of acquisition of goods and/or services by means of the modality he nails presencial, tends in visa the width and the several roads why it could take, being preferable a good looking and addressed exhibition. For, so much, it used as research method the case study, being used of an exploratory and descriptive character, once besides the rising and interpretation of data, it facilitated the recommendations of suggestions for improvement of the acquisition process.
