Resumen:
The purpose of this work is to evaluate the Organizational Climate of the Gran Moto Campina Grande Motores Ltda., as reference for the process of taking of decision referring to the organizational environment, this study locates the concepts of Culture and Organizational Climate as well as its models of study, approaches the relation organization and individual and focuses the influence of the organizational climate in the satisfaction of the customer as also it detaches the valuation of the human capital as main competitive differential in the organizations. The main factors that define the Organizational Climate in the companies are also mentioned, such as leadership and communication and four main models of inquiry of the subject in organizations. One is about a case study, whose research was carried through in the first trimester of 2007, and involved part of the employees of the Gran Moto, resulting in a composed sample of 42 respondents. Through the accomplishment of an explorer research and observation, a structuralized questionnaire, composed of 47 (forty and seven) questions with options of answers in relation the four factors: Leadership, politics of Human Resources, Internal Communication and Relationship Environment, was used as instrument of collection of information. The description of the information compiled from the carried through research of field received an analysis based on the qualitative approach. The main results of the inquiry identify that the collaborators possess a common critical sense regarding the diverse searched factors, showing that the Organizational Climate in the Gran Moto needs improvements as for the studied variables, since the same ones had not presented good indices of agreement on the part of the searched collaborators, what it comes to answer the research problem.
