Resumen:
The purpose of this study is to study the role of the pedagogue in non - school spaces, focusing on Business Pedagogy within the scope of the National Service for Commercial Learning (SENAC) Fortaleza-CE. The general objective is to know the work that the pedagogue develops in (SENAC). Specific objectives: to characterize the Business Pedagogy as an area of activity of the pedagogue; specify the actions that a pedagogue develops in SENAC and characterize the profile of the SENAC pedagogue. In relation to the methodological route, it was constituted in three stages, namely: bibliographical survey, field research and analysis of the data collected. The research subject was a pedagogue who works at SENAC. The instrument of data collection took place through a focused observation and a semi-structured interview. The results obtained revealed that the research carried out consolidated our general and specific objective, confirming that the Business Pedagogy within SENAC is characterized by being a Pedagogy based on ethics, in the training of professionals in both the technical and human dimensions. It is a Pedagogy that works by teaching by competence. Therefore, the information obtained from this study confirms that the educational practice of the pedagogue at SENAC is a work of excellent competence, which requires many knowledges that are built every day through the interlocution between the knowledge acquired during the course of Pedagogy and the Experience in the practice of the profession as part of the qualification of labor for different companies.
