Abstract:
This work has as object of study the obstacles and possibilities of drafting and implementation of PPP Pedagogical-Political Project in public schools. Therefore, as a matter of research to guide the research was established, "by which to understand challenges and opportunities is the development and implementation of the Pedagogical Political Project in Public Schools? Based on this referral, the goal of this research, in general, was to examine how occur the development and implementation of PPP in public schools in Cajazeiras - PB, the challenges and possibilities inherent in the drafting and implementation of PPP in public schools. The methodology for this study was a qualitative approach, using bibliographic studies and semi-structured interview. What resulted in the cataloging of data from thirteen subject-matters set in exploratory search function previously developed in academic activities in the course of curriculum components of Management Theories, School Management, Supervised Internship in Kindergarten and Years Elementary School Initials. Participated in this study nine professionals from three state public institutions of the city of Cajazeiras-PB, among these three managers, three engineers and three teachers. From this perspective, in the construction process of the Pedagogical Political Project as conclusive approaches this research may be mentioned that a PPP needs to be seen and understood from a space in which increasingly appears necessary to rescue the moments of debate and dialogue at the heart of institutions, towards a way to reach a collective reflection of the shares - and results- developed in the daily life of the institutions as well as to a greater understanding of the theoretical and methodological issues that permeate this space. That said, it is believed that the construction of a Pedagogic Policy Project that takes into account the reality of the socio-educational context needs to be clear in the work of the management and teaching staff of educational institutions to the extent that this construction will result in quality education nurtured by noseducativos school.
