The Quality of Life at Work has as principle enable a working environment that awakens the individual's sense of well-being, providing greater participation in decisions, creating an integration environment with superior, with fellow workers, with the work environment, always focusing on understanding the needs of this individual inside and outside the workplace, and to result in organizational effectiveness. This study aimed to verify the perception of Penitentiary Security Agents on the level of Quality of Life at Work. This study was conducted at the Presídio Regional Raimundo Asfora " the Serrotão ". For its development, it used a quantitative approach and adopted the descriptive and exploratory research model. For this case study, the data were collected by applying a questionnaire adapted of Sousa and Freitas Model (2008) applied to all agents who work in the prison. An analysis of the Use of Human Capacity dimensions; Social integration at Work and Career Opportunity and Professional Warranty and constitutionalism, showed higher levels of positive perception regarding to the Quality of Life at Work. About the dimensions Work and Life Space; Health and Safety in Working Conditions; Adequate compensation and Fair and social relevance at work, revealed lower levels of positive perception of Quality of Life at Work. The analysis of the general outcomes showed that the Quality of Life level at the work of the agents working at the Presídio Regional Raimundo Asfora in the perception of these is low and that some corrections are needed to reverse this situation.
