Resumen:
This Supervised Intership Report is applied to the Management Course, deals with the implementation of marketing strategies in a real estate company. The objective of this job is to proposal a marketing plan for Alexandre Property Office, with the focus on property rental directed to university students in the city of Campina Grande - PB, with a view to analyze the profile of the studied company and develop the presented marketing plan. As methodology, the study is classified, as the porpuses, as a descriptive case study, and as to the means, participant observation techniques were used. Thus, it was also used open interviews and analysis of document. The results demonstrates that the focus company has the potential to expand its market share, even as, indicated that the studied organization has adequate prices to the market, offering quality and diversity in its products, it has a prime location, although needs to improve the signposts. However, in this sense, are the promotion strategies they need developed or improved so that the Alexander Property Office stand out in the market, and reach the goal of increasing by 20% of the leased property at the end of 2016’s year. In view of this , have been proposed actions that facilitates the achievement of this goal, such as: creating a website and a page on social networking, reformulation of external indication plate, creation and distribution of pamphlets containing information of real estate in the early semesters the IES, among others. These actions aims to leverage the disclosure of the organization under study, reaching its target audience in a strategic manner, and thereby increase profitability.
