Resumo:
The current work aimed to develop a business plan that can provide to possible entrepreneurs, the needed information. Regarding to the feasibility of implementing affiliate Soares Sabor in Montadas city - Paraíba State. The methodology that was used for this project was given by a semi-structured script proposed by SALIN et AL (2005). Has also developed a strategic plan, which presented opportunities and threats and strengths and weaknesses that the company will face in the market, giving conditions for taking desision agile and effective at the time that it takes. Still a marketing plan was developed, addressing the 4P's, product, price, place and promotion. In relation to financial planning, projections based on financial indicators, calculating investments, revenues, expenses, depreciation, cash flow, ROI (return on investment), to show the entrepreneurial viability of the project to be implemented were made.
