Abstract:
Changes suffered by the company in achieving results and outstanding performance caused great debate among theories that approach the management of people a way to evaluate and give answers to employees, meeting the needs they have for labor motivated to cooperate with the goals established. This HR practices is facing internal source of various studies for the importance of assessing how the organizational climate has been realized; such as effective leadership the internal values and how that leadership traits allow greater likelihood between what is drawn as points of culture and how this in fact represented, being able to understand the role of all those involved in the organization and translate their needs. This research was from the scale of organizational climate Siqueira and Tamayo (2008) and the Questionnaire Profile Assessment Leadership Managers adapted questionnaire used by Almeida. For a better understanding of how the climate is perceived in the company Dairy of Campina Grande, PB, we tried to make a bridge with scientific studies on the subject organizational climate in order to better understand the data collected thirteen collaborated with the administrative sector company. Notable for the importance of this work by the knowledge of factors such as pressure and reward that are less favorable to promote organizational improvements and gauge the mood among employees.
