Resumo:
The biggest challenge of the entrepreneurs is formalize their own ideas, because
during the route are found various obstacles, but may be foreseen and avoided if there is a
secure planning. This work aims to elaborate a Plan of Business to evaluate the marketing
feasibility, financial and economic of a specialized candy company in the city of Campina
Grande – PB. Uses as methodology the descriptive research, developed through
bibliographical studies and a case of study. The analysis of the information was character
quantitative and qualitative, because data was collected through research, observation and
informal conversations, well by means of competitors, suppliers, layout, among others,
according to the model of Rosa (2007). Was observed in this study the marketing feasibility
for the setup of the Candy Store in the city of Campina Grande – PB, through research, as
well as after the construction of the market analysis, marketing strategies, operational
processes and financial plan was possible to delimit the strategies that will be used in the next
years, along with an efficient management and support for being delivered products with an
excellent quality.
