Avaliação das causas de não conformidade ao longo do processo produtivo: um estudo de caso na empresa COTEBRAS S/A.

Abstract

To evaluate the causes of no-conformities along the productive cycle, as a decisive factor in the search of the continuous improvement of the processes, this study approaches the origins of the quality and the specialists' vision in the subject. The quality concepts and your applications are described, as well as the evaluation of the losses, as form of eliminating them inside in search of the improvement of the processes of the organizations. For being a problem that reaches a great number of organizations, presenting elementary subjects to the accomplishment of the work, she opted for him for the execution of the research, which makes the identification of the causes of no-conformity of the products and of the processes along the productive chain of the company Cotebras - Companhia Tecnocerâmica of Brasil S/A, company belonging to the industrial branch being manufacturing of technical ceramic for electric material. In the case study the cycle was used P.D.C.A. to delimit the stages of the research and as instrument of collection of information, was made use of the direct observation, together with some tools of the quality. The principal results of the investigation identified that the basic causes of the no-conformities of the products, happen due to non adaptation of the used methods, deterioration of machines and equipments, for subjects of unqualified raw material and for flaw of the operators, causes these that were verified through the use of the tools and that come to answer the problem of the research.
