Resumen:
The objective of this research is to diagnosis the process of Knowledge Management of the Brazilian Enterprise of Post and Telegraphs act with excellence in the competitive postal market and constant evolution, in the optics of its managers and employees and front to the new demands of the society and to its evolution. To reach this objective, initially a revision of the main concepts in Knowledge Management was made. After that, they had been shown and analyzed the final results of the research and, later, considerations. In this direction, the way was also pointed that was trod by the researcher in the accomplishment of the research, that is, the methodoly procedures, characterizing the research as applied, descriptive and quantitative, beyond, of the point of view of the procedures technician, it presents it as a case study. The elements that specifically compose the strategical knowledge management and the use of the resources, also the intellectuals, are of complex nature and serve as instrument of reflection on the reality of Post Offices, in way that is indispensable one better aiming of these resources to increase the results. Through the Diagnosis of Knowledge Management, the Post Offices can guide its action in favor of that it is really essential, since the resources, as in any organization, are limited. The present study it becomes related this context, when verifying if the knowledge is really important for the Post Offices, in the vision of its managers and employees.
