Resumo:
One of the current challenges facing new entrepreneurs is to turn ideas into opportunities. Along the way, the entrepreneur faces barriers, traps and incurs errors that can be avoided through proper planning and safe. In this sense, the business plan is a technical support tool that guides the entrepreneur, where it allows identifying the target market, as well as aspects of marketing, financial and operating new, demonstrating the viability of the enterprise. Given the above, this study aims to: develop a business plan for opening a carpentry furniture designed in the city of Sousa-PB. Used as a descriptive research methodology through analysis and bibliographic field in order to describe the viability of the business by developing a business plan based on the model of Sebrae, available on their website. Analysis of the data was qualitative and quantitative, where the data were collected through semi-structured interviews and a non-participant observation, as was also held a collection of information about competitors, suppliers, operational process, layout and the local market, following script software 2.0 Sebrae. Observed in this study the financial viability, ensuring installation 'Super Handyman' in the city of Sousa-PB, but also outlined the strategies to be adopted in its early years, through an efficient technical support and management prepared and focused on deliver quality products and commitment to its stakeholders.
