Resumo:
The current corporate scenario is characterized as a dynamic and intensely competitive
environment, so that it makes necessary that companies are alert to changes. Every dynamism
brought by technological advances and consequently the profile of market participants,
resulted in the emergence of new business opportunities, this moment that underscores the
importance of entrepreneurship. In this perspective, the business plan functions as essential to
implementation of the new company, able to plan and strategize in order to make the
experience of setting up a business and something safer by minimizing the risks and
uncertainties inherent in business instrument. Therefore, this paper aims to develop a Business
Plan to verify the feasibility of implementing a health club in the city of Campina Grande, PB.
The research is characterized as descriptive, in which his methodological approach is outlined
through literature searches that provides you the theoretical background. The analysis of the
information is qualitative and quantitative, where the data were collected through a
questionnaire, direct observation and market research as to collect information about
competitors, suppliers and audience, following the script of the software 2.0 Sebrae. The
Business Plan has made it possible to plan everything involving business, the amount needed
to finance its opening and the costs related to it. After processing and analysis of data it was
possible to verify the implementation of the favorable Qualifit Academy scenario, since
viability indicators show up positive.
