Résumé:
The junior enterprise movement has as mission to form, through the business experience,
committed entrepreneurs able to transform Brazil. For that, the entrepreneurial training in
the junior enterprise occurs in three ways: learning management, learning by projects and
entrepreneurial culture. Learning by projects it’s about services offered by junior enterprise
to society, this aspect promotes the technical development of junior entrepreneurs. Therefore,
manage projects with excellence creates conditions for the best technical development of
junior entrepreneurs, and increase the potential impact of projects in society. This study
aimed to analyze the level of implementation of the principles of the PMBOK Guide in project
management of junior enteprises of Paraiba. It was established two different groups for the
research, the federated junior enterprise of Paraíba and junior enterprise awarded by PEG of
Brazil Junior, trying to analyze the implementation of the processes and practices related to
knowledge areas in the guide. After analyzing the results of federated junior enterprise of
Paraíba, a comparison was made with the junior enterprise awarded by PEG, for being such
reference management for the Junior Enterprise Movement. The result showed that the two
groups surveyed has the same level of applicability, but what makes the winning enterprise is
the maturity of the implementation of practices related to other aspects of the business.
Finally, there is, as a search suggestion, the analysis of results of the practices and processes
performed by two groups surveyed according to PMBOK, to identify the level of their
effectiveness.
