Abstract:
The challenges of those who want to take are many, from the bureaucracy and high taxes that
the Brazilian scenario requires, to the printed by the market competitiveness by new products,
new technologies and new methods of production, which in turn enables the emergence of
new markets. In this context, the business plan serves as an important tool to start an
enterprise, allowing to identify the target market, financial, marketing and operating the
business, so that the risks and uncertainties are reduced. Given the above, this study aims to:
develop a business plan for opening a specialized in sweet shop in the city of Campina
Grande - PB. Used as a descriptive research methodology, developed through bibliographic
and field studies. The analysis of the information was both quantitative and qualitative,
because data were collected through research, observation and informal conversations, as well
as by competitors, suppliers, operational processes and the local market. Through the study
and preparation of the business plan, it was possible to identify the financial viability,
profitability and profitability for the implementation of the Atelier dos Doces, which
demonstrated satisfactory results for the enterprise, as well as the strategies that will be
adopted in the early years by variety, quality and attractive price offered by the company's
products
