Resumo:
Nowadays, environmental issues are being addressed by society, government, media
and businesses differently due to environmental degradation and major impacts
suffered, reflecting the neglect of all the environment. Faced with this scenario,
companies seek to lessen the impact generated by them in the environment through
environmentally sound practices and taking responsibility of waste generated, achieving
thereby creating competitive advantage against competitors and add value to your image
before their customers. In this direction, the objective of this study was to Investigate
the solid waste management in relation to reverse channels in the"Menor Preço", in
Campina Grande-PB, incorporating their day-to-day practices, where the waste back in
reverse channel, generating a smaller environmental impact and economic gain. The
methodology was qualitative/descriptive, using as analysis objects an interview with the
owner of the company and direct observation. to identify waste and waste disposal, and
demonstrating that through small actions you can deploy environmentally friendly
attitudes, without generating higher costs or grand strategies
