Resumo:
With the enterprise market each more competitive time, where the information flow in fast
and disseminated way, the companies need to be intent to the human factor, therefore it is
directly responsible for the generation of the results of the organization; e thinking about this
the companies worried with the necessity to integrate collaborator and companies are
investing in programs and actions that make possible such integration, which if of the o name
of Endomarketing, that are programs and actions come back toward the qualification,
integration and improvement of the Quality of Life played for the internal public of the
organizations. The present study she was developed in the São Paulo Alpargatas, unit of
Campina Grande, industry of the footwear branch, currently manufacturer of the Havaianas
sandals. In this exploratory and descriptive study the application of a questionnaire was used
as instrument of collection of information, next to the collaborators of the indirect man power,
with intention to diagnosis the actions developed for the organization. The first results of the
inquiry identify to a good knowledge and participation of the collaborators in the programs,
however some points need to be improved by the organization so that it encloses a bigger
number of collaborators, in all the organization levels, and that the results are reflected
positively for the organization and a bigger satisfaction of the collaborator.
