Abstract:
The business plan is the instrument that exposes in writing a set of data and information about a project, determining its main characteristics and conditions. It is a tool that allows the adjustment of the strategy planned to deal with your reality, reducing the risks and uncertainties and enabling the vision of opportunities.
Accordingly, the present work aims suggesting a Business Plan, in order to strategically assist and support the economic viability, operational, marketing and financial company ProRace Store in Campina Grande, Paraíba.
Foremost, we conducted a literature search or review of the literature, afterwards was performed a descriptive and exploratory, through data collection, becoming a qualitative study, which was conducted a study case, analyzing a particular organization.
From the results obtained through the development of the business plan, we identified the data of the enterprise, customer profiling, as well as aspects related to them, subsidizing which can be designed to attract and retain a larger amount of clients beyond these aspects were described products and methods for their commercialization. As regards the financial analysis, research was carried out in relation to the volume of resource applied to start the venture in addition to analysis of revenues and expenses. Supplementing the gathering information and analysis, in order to achieve the purpose of a business plan, the business viability was confirmed by calculation of financial measures: Profits, Profitability & Return Time (Payback).
