Resumo:
This case study sought intended to acknowledge the impact that the organization of work has
to worker health in the experiences of pleasure and suffering of individuals in the human
resources department of a company providing public service in the city of Campina Grande /
PB. The theoretical perspective related to the administration sought to make an addendum on
the historical contribution of humanistic research in companies, while in relation to
psychology, this was based on the psychodynamics of the French Labour Dejours, one of the
theoretical perspectives on mental health at work, belonging to third face of occupational
psychology, this face that focus on issues relating to health and individual well-being. This
research is in the group of exploratory research and is characterized as qualitative. The
collected data were carried out in-house for a week with selection of subjects held by the
organization, following its own criteria, using as a tool, the semi-structured interview,
complemented by simple observation. The results indicated that the suffering experienced by
the subjects studied is from a company negligence whatsoever with the needs of its employees
and the lack of recognition, which therefore makes the same experience pleasure in factors
related to everyday experiences, in the figure of personal fulfillment and its recovery from
colleagues.
