Résumé:
All changes taking place in society in the last decade and the expansion of competitiveness by
globalization are driving organizations, increasingly seek greater flexibility in its procedures.
It is increasingly clear the importance given to investment by organizations in their
intellectual capital to obtaining more effective results, ie a successful organization is an
organization that can best utilize the skills and abilities of its members. At this point, we
emphasize the importance of Quality of Life at work (QLW), for the understanding and
application of this concept in the organizational environment and the proportion of a safe,
harmonious and healthy environment can provide better conditions for workers to develop
their potential and increase effectiveness of their contributions and success in their results.
This study aimed to describe and analyze some actions on the quality of life of workers in a
branch of the Banco do Brasil, located in Itaíba - Pernambuco. Criteria were used Walton
