Abstract:
With the constant evolution suffered by organizacions over time, all that was around
him also started to have this need for evolution. In Human Resources don’t went
different, managers started to see employees with different ways and realized how
this union with him could be profitable for both of them. One of the perceptions of
managers and researchers was in relation to competence. From there it was thought
of how to use the skills to make companies and employees could achieve their goals,
reaching tools that help managers. The objective of this study went to aplly the tool
Inventory Behavioral Competency Mapping (IBCM) and talk to the steps, following
the Leme’s model (2008) in Prospect Junior Enterprise of administracion. The
research is characterized as descriptive, used the lifting, was applied as data
collection instrument two questionnaires proposed by Leme (2008) and analyzed the
results in a quantitative and qualitative approach. With the results, realized that the
company has a good perception of the necessary skills for its functions, however,
some deviations can be seen as a lack of awareness of the importance of key
competencies for certain positions. It should be to review some requirements that are
now adopted for the possession of certain positions, so as to facilitate the evaluation
of departments and get the results more precision.
