Résumé:
This paper presents a business plan with the intention of demonstrate the operational,
economic, financial and marketing viability for the opening of 2R construções Ltda in the city
of Alagoa Grande, Paraíba. The methodology was developed from a semi-structured script
proposed by SALIN et al (2005). In this context we evaluated the profiles of customers and
competitors that the construction will have, thus defining competitive strategies which will be
used to succeed in the local real estate market. Being described all the goals, objectives and
methods of marketing company. In the financial analysis were surveyed values of investments
and fixed and variable costs for the realization of the project, as well as an analysis of the
parameters that enable the realization of the business. After elaborated the business plan, it
was noted the viability of creating of one organization in the civil construction sector, by the
house shortage in the region and by government incentives proposed by the Federal
Government. So the financial analysis of the company had diagnosed be positive the
profitability index and profitability of the business, in building 6 houses per year with an
average of one house every couple months.
