Resumen:
Sustainable practices have been part of the discourse of companies, institutions and
individuals, however, it is noteworthy that in most cases is just theory and with little or no
actual practice. Therefore, this article is to analyze the overall goal of sustainable
entrepreneurship practices of the Association of Family Farmers Agroecological of Sumé/PB
- APFAS. Methodologically, the study is classified as descriptive and exploratory, quali -
quantitative nature, with bibliographical analysis, through a case study. The research data
were collected through interviews and a questionnaire field, which included relevant
information to the study in question and served as input for interpretation of how the
production and sale of organic products produced by members of APFAS occurs. The results
found that the Association seeks sustainable practices in the production of their products, even
knowing that most members have little schooling, but still value training courses and actively
participate in them; besides improving the quality of life for its members. We conclude,
therefore, that the associated evidence were satisfied with the work they do, preserving natural
resources in semiarid and sustainable entrepreneurship play in daily association.
