Résumé:
This study titled Bullying at school: an introductory look aimed to discuss the manifestations of bullying phenomenon in everyday school life. The choice of the theme was given from the Supervised Internship in early childhood education, where it was observed that bullying is present among children. We take care to watch carefully because not every play can be considered bullying, even though this care realize its incidence with perpassados behavior for aggression, insults, discrimination and exclusion of the target child, apparently occurring without specific motivation. Despite the recent visibility around this question, this phenomenon is not new to the school and its manifestation can be influenced by some school internal factors such as school climate, interpersonal relationships among students and between teacher and student, as well as factors outside the school, such as: family breakdown, lack of affective relationship, ill-treatment and excessive tolerance. The methodological approach used was constructed from a literature search on the subject of bullying, carrying out semi-structured interviews with 03 (two) teachers, 02 (two) coordinators and 03 (three) managers of a Municipal School of Sousa / PB. This research is characterized as qualitative and exploratory.
