Abstract:
With globalization, the market became more demanding, is creating a business environment more
competitive. Faced with the relentless pursuit of the organizations for a growing higher, charging its
members for better performance becomes a constant. In this scenario, assess the organizational
climate is an extremely important factor for allowing the identification of the environment in which
the employee is inserted, and their perception of the same. The overall objective of this research is
to identify the level of the organizational climate Store Riachuelo, in Campina Grande, from the
perspective of employees. To better measure this information, a methodology was adopted, as to
the purposes, research of a descriptive nature, and the means, a case study. As a research tool
was used a questionnaire prepared by the Likert scaling model. For data processing we used the
quantitative approach. The unit of study was the Lojas Riachuelo Branch Campina Grande - PB.
The results obtained show a positive perception in the eyes of employees, pointing out aspects that
also need to show improvement. These points need to be reassessed by the organization to raise
the level of satisfaction of all employees and therefore organizational excellence.
