Resumo:
The present study aims to discuss the impact of sexual violence on development in the learning process in university students, based on the bibliographic review. We will present the main authors with the objective of describing the state of knowledge about sexual violence and its reflexes with the learning process in university students. The work seeks to explore the concept of childhood from the writings of Freud in which the elements implicitly or explicitly presented as a defining element of the subject's psychic structure - learning, can be described. In the approach of the theme we will first try to verify the presence of the concept of sexual violence in the literature to look for the indications of its relation with the learning of university students. For that, contemporary texts will be selected, between books and articles, in which the theme is discussed. In the next moment, we will try to define the concept of sexual violence as a constituent element of the unconscious and then demonstrate how, within the framework of theory, the relation between this concept in a learning perspective is seen.
