Abstract:
Before the emergence in the world lives in the pursuit of solutions to mitigate the
damage to the environment, arising from, among other sources, industrial activities, is
where the concept of Cleaner Production, which aims primarily to reduce and / or
eliminate waste through various adjustments applied during the production process,
from small repairs to the inclusion of new technologies (simple and complex), or a
vision based on prevention. Contrary to the traditional view, which consists of treating
the waste, in other words, after being released into the environment, think up a solution
in order to mitigate the attacks. How this technique works at the end of the production
process, is called Technical-end tube, and act in an attempt to reduce what has been
released, based on the reaction. This study aimed to analyze the production process of
Breads Bakery Co. Of the light of the vision of CP (Cleaner Production). Regarding the
methodology used in the research, this presents an exploratory and descriptive, as well
as being considered a case study. The collected data were analyzed according to the
assumptions advocated by the Cleaner Production in the production process was
evaluated according to the inputs and outputs of the processing as well as the machinery
used paw such transformation. The results demonstrate that the company seeks to
reclaim the fact that was not consumed during the time provided, however, during the
analysis it is clear that it presented many opportunities P + L, indicating that it can
further adapt to appropriate parameters in their relationship with the environment.
