Due to factors such as globalization and awareness of society on criteria such as the
importance of environmental preservation, as well as legal requirements, companies are
seeking alternatives to remain competitive while keeping the image of your brand to the
market. In this perspective, the Reverse Logistics aligns their actions in order to explore and
create these opportunities by managing and upgrading of materials flow through reverse. In
this context, the study aims at analyzing the channel reverse logistics recycling of zinc in
Metallurgical Campinense in Campina Grande. The methodology applied is characterized as
descriptive, through case study. The present study had as the main theoretical Leite (2009).
Data collection was conducted through a script that guided the interview with the Supervisory
Sector Planning and Production Control. Also used to query the company's documents and
direct observation. The results showed that the company has an efficient management of the
reverse channel, bringing her benefits competitive with its rivals.
