Resumen:
The current configuration of the working world characterized by complexity and
intensification of risks to workers' health. This study was developed to identify ways of
perceiving reality employment of workers in order to minimize suffering mental work.
From the point of psychodynamics, aiming to identify the perception of the problems of
the health / disease process at work of employees of a company manufacturing
mattresses in Paraíba, Americanflex, an analysis focusing on the pleasure-pain category,
taking into account the socio-economic condition of the operators and structuring
productive. We adopted the approach of qualitative and quantitative descriptive in line
with the theoretical-methodological Mendes, where the search for health remains a
subject of study for psychotherapy and, in this direction, Mendes (2007, p. 42) states
that "The challenge ahead, despite the suffering, is to investigate the impact of the
relaxation of capital in the world of work, if you can still be healthy and that rules that
possibility." The subjects 30 employees of the company, where we seek the involvement
of all sectors. The data sources were open questions, questionnaires and open interviews
with the manager responsible for the company's CG. For the analysis of open questions
was used to analyze the content, as compared to the analysis of the questionnaires used
the descriptive analysis of frequency and percentage, factor analysis, and Pearson
correlation analysis. For these analyzes we used the statistical program SPSS. The
analysis indicated that the company has studied various problems both in the order of
organization as the unhealthy and safety, and therefore, some suggestions were made for
improvements throughout the work.
