Résumé:
The managementof education isone of thefundamentalpointsin public administration
andspreadsinvariousgovernment bodies.The concern f
ormanagementeducationisincreasingly growing, on the understandingthatinvestingin
education isone of the pillarsfor the socioeconomic developmentof the country. Thus,
thisworkaimsatthe analysis of thePolicy Project(PPP) of theBasic State
SchoolManoelAlvesCampos, located in the municipalityof Congo-PB, analyze
howeducationalpolicieshave been implementedin the municipalityandwhich theoreticalpedagogicalconceptionsareadoptedfor
this purpose. This workisfeaturedasa case study,
developed fromdescriptivequalitativeapproachand use oftechnicalinterview, and
documentarydata collection. From thedata analysis, we note especially
thatneweducationalconceptspresent in thePPPin question, are
notintegratedintoeverydayteachingpracticeschool.
Alsothereisdifficultyinarticulationwithother sectors of thepublic administration
andthevery concept ofpublicpolicyisimpairedornotwellunderstoodby the
professionalsinvolvedin the educational process.
