Abstract:
This work focuses on the importance and contributions of the Fiscal Responsibility Law in combating crimes against the public good (public administration), especially as a means of mitigating the deviations promoted against the state's finances. For this, the development of the text is exposed a clear and objective discussion on the issue of corruption, fostering is a theoretical contribution to the debate on the said topic. In parallel is discoursed aspects related to the Fiscal Responsibility Law, which consolidate as a coeval tool applied in directing the balance of public finances and how prelaw core of corruption in Brazil, regardless of the level of government. For the preparation of even tried to search based on information heave through analysis and bibliographic selection of books and websites that addressed current on corruption and the creation of the Fiscal Responsibility Law, its concept, its applicability, its greatest impacts and objectives within public management, and this can intervene to improve governance of public affairs.
