The presente study entitled as inclusion of the person with deficiency in school, has the objective general understand strategy of inclusion to students with deficiency intelectual in the initial years of elementar school and as a especific objective analyze as is being the inclusion in school with students performing with deficiency intellectaul; think as actions of school together with the families for insertion active this students in Society; investigate as organized the practice pedagogical for the development the autonomy this students. This study had as methodology a research descritive with questioning qualitative (Prodanov e Freitas, 2013) the instruments for collecting the information were: screenplay of observation and screenplay of na interview semiestrutured. With this, this work search to describe a short story about route to an inclusion of deficiente in Brazil, the classification of DI and, for finish, a institutional education for na autonomy of person with DI: School and Family. This work can realize that the school is the espace for development the child for describe the challenges that school have, however, this work become importante for describe the challenges that the school have, how should be the relation between in school and Family and the importante formation continued for auxiliary in development the person deficiency, make possible for readers clearing and analysis of the proposed theme and for an inclusive school. This research brought as theoretical contribution, Montoan (2003 e 2011), Dore and Ribeiro (2009), Jannuzzi (2012) Georgen (2012), Ramos (2016) among others. And complemente was studied laws as federal Constitution (1988), LDB (1996) e LBI (2015). This work search for clear that paper the school, as a person trainer, is prepare the students for citizenship and, if possible, for business work. Soon, the school has to promote training for employees institution provide an environment adequate for all, independently of the deficiencies, make partnerships with others institution that gives suport for this people and have a good relation with famile, to prepare for a in other áreas social and have their rights respected.
