Resumo:
The objective of the present study is to evaluate the organizacional climate of Garden Hotel, unit Campina Grande - PB. One initiated the study with the revision of the definitions of Management of People and Organizacional Climate, where if it detaches the valuation of the human capital for the growth and competitiveness of the organizations. Later, it was carried through the description of the selected organization and the research of field in the unit, having searched to evaluate the satisfaction of the collaborators in relation to the practical ones of human resources. The study of the organizacional climate it represents an important chance to analyze the satisfaction of the people in the environment of work, and the consequences of the politics of human resources adopted by the organization. The instrument for the collection of data was the questionnaire, composition for 31 questions, all objective, and divided in two parts, the first part was composed for the partner-economic questionnaire contends 10 questions and the second part, of the research of organizacional climate, was composed for 21 questions that had focused the following dimensions, perspective of career, structure organizacional/management philosophy, process of communication, relationship with the community, relationship in the work environment, style quality of commands and nature of the carried through work. The dimensions had been mensuradas through Escala de composed Likert of five categories: I agree total, I agree, neutrality, I disagree and I disagree total. On the basis of the analysis of data harvested in the research, was detected that the collaborators of Garden Hotel., unit Campina Grande - PB demonstrate satisfaction with the organization, evidencing of this form sufficiently, that the climate in the company influences the behavior of its collaborators of good” and “healthful” form “.
