This report approaches a research on the potential of the technological sector in the city of Campina Grande - PB and the form as this potential comes being worked for local entities, in special the Technological Park Foundation of the Paraíba, in the direction to stimulate the development of the local economy. Such research aimed at to raise solutions for the growth of the sector through the promotion of the existing potential in the city, with the adoption of strategies and tools of marketing that allow the reach of the objective tracings with a reduced cost. The research had as objective generality the formularization of a summarized marketing plan, which presents proposals for the spreading of local companies of technology and the potentialities of the city in terms of possibility of establishment of partnerships and installation of companies in ground, spreading this to be carried through in the country and the exterior, having attracted new investments and extending the market for products and services of companies installed in the city. Such plan will have to be implemented by the Technological Park Foundation of the Paraíba. How much to the used methodology, a research of character was carried through exploratory, descriptive, with the accomplishment of a study of case in lesser scale, research this consisting of bibliographical revision and research of field for survey of information of the market through interviews and comment. The searched authors had been Philip Kotler, Stephen Robbins, Dave Sutton, Denise Hayes, Eva Maria Lakatos, among others, with prominence for the subjects Marketing Management Process (Kotler) and Marketing Plan (Lee and Hayes). The results had shown to the existing capacity in the local market for the installation of softwares and hardwares development companies and virtual services, being able itself to develop in the city solutions of technology of information (data base and info management), applications based on the web, applications for equipment of wireless communication, among others possibilities. The necessity of a bigger investment in web marketing and establishment of new partnerships was also verified, beyond the necessity of bigger support on the part of the public sector.
