Abstract:
The sustainable management, is a goal that besides the internal management, focus on the external too,which in addition to care the administrative, take care the environment, that can consider the first caring, the benefits, damages, conservation and the natural resource use to the business uses. so, this project of search has the goal to analyze the sustainable management of agricultural cooperative hidroçu, located in a rural place, called Uruçu, in São João do Cariri-PB. The methodology created was a descriptive exploratory qualitative resourch, where the datas collections was developed through a field research with the own cooperative, which was analyzed through sustainable method called MESMIS, that view the utilization of the same through the indicators, that identify the degree of sustainable through the cooperative.From the analyzes was possible to identify the difficulties of the cooperative in its management, and some process like: product sales, marketing, and the amount of cooperative, which hampers the growing of the cooperative, it happens because some cooperative people are not present. It has been suggested to the cooperative, that it need to find ways to optimize the process, sales ,and mainly, the management, because nobody in the cooperative is not prepared to this area, and it would be great if they had one, because the cooperative could get better, letting it ready to face the market with more competece.
