Resumen:
This work aims to develop a Business Plan and analyze the marketing, financial and economic Feasibility to open a company in the business of milk shake at Campina Grande - PB. Is was used the method of research literature to be aware of the theoretical foundations related to the subject and was also performed a case study, which allowed a detailed analysis on the implementation of the project. After data collection, the results were organized and explained through tables and charts, from which the results were analyzed. With the development of the Business Plan, it was possible to identify the advantages and disadvantages for the enterprise, its strengths and weaknesses, who would be your target audience, which use competitive strategies, the main products offered, production capacity, operational processes estimates of revenues, costs and profit opportunities. Thus, the study was completed with the analysis of the viability of the company, which proved favorable, lucrative and profitable, with growth prospects in the market it will serve, with the prospect of obtaining return on your investment within a period of approximately two years if it can operate with viability indicators positive and within estimates studied in this work.
