Given the changes facing the impacts of economic activities on the environment and society, the companies now have a fundamental role in this process, in order to adopt more efficient production systems coupled with business management that incorporates sustainability issues for a balanced performance of economic, environmental and social context of the current business. The construction industry develops an economic activity that although relevant to the development of the country in terms of income generation and employment, constitutes a sector of serious impacts through the overconsumption of natural resources, use of space, waste generation, among other aspects that affect the sustainability of the planet. In this perspective, it becomes relevant to the search by incorporating the concepts of sustainable construction in the construction industry as a way to reduce the impacts caused by the activity. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze r the level of application of the principles of Sustainable Building Condominium vertical Maison Intermares in the city of Cabedelo-PB. Regarding methodology, we carried out a research study descriptive and exploratory, quantitative approach. The survey instrument was based for its preparation, the Guide Sustainability in Construction (2008), applied with the managers of the enterprise through a structured interview. To complement the analysis, we sought information from users of the enterprise as a way to find the information passed on by the managers. The results showed that the Condo Maison Intermares, the perception of managers, showed much application in the following dimensions: environmental management (process), service quality and economic performance. Given the results, the analysis shows that the condo was not designed based on the principles of sustainable construction, but quality standards required in traditional procedures and standards.
