Resumen:
This work whose main theme Inclusion in the perspective of school management, focuses on
how managers develop their activities in the public schools of the city of Cajazeiras / PB,
taking into account the relationship with the social inclusion policies in the school context.
The survey involved the training of managers prepares the perspective of inclusive education
and so identify what are the difficulties encountered by managers working in the school's
educational policies and the relationship manager and teacher at the school. The proposed
inclusion in the public school emerged as an attempt to investigate and understand the
exclusion of students with special educational needs that are segregated from the social
environment, family and intellectual development. Anyway, with this work we aim to
produce knowledge on the management process that foster the emergence of shares and
inclusion practices in the school context requires to create and maintain a dynamic, creative,
participatory and systematic, so that professionals take effectively its role of subjects that
define the quality and effectiveness of care of children with special educational needs,
strengthening the construction of a just society and equal and particularly prepared to accept
people as they truly are identified.
