Resumen:
In today's society, technologies are increasingly gaining prominence in people's daily
lives. The present study points out how the use of technologies pedagogical practice
in the school can facilitate the students' learning process. The use of these
technologies requires knowledge, based on this, it is necessary to use these new
resources in an intentional way, since that educational software was created to assist
in the different ways of learning and teaching in an educational and meaningful way,
seeking an interaction between teacher and student in order to support the didactic-
pedagogical activities. The research aims to verify if the teachers of a municipal
public school located in the city of Bom Jesus/PB are adopting the new technological
resources, in the teaching-learning process, having as main focus the educational
communication and/or collaboration software. The subjects studied are teachers
working in Childhood Education and Secundary School, who teach classes in the
shifts (morning, afternoon and evening), totaling 8 (eight) professionals. For the data
collection, the instrument used was a questionnaire containing 11 questions. The
results showed that all teachers believe in the capacity of technologies on education.
However, there is a lack of commitment on the part of the school, in order to dispose
preparatory courses and support, as well as the professionals themselves, in the
persistence of a pedagogical practice for the learning of the students. This study may
contribute to future research achievements, serving as a theoretical basis, assisting
in possible projects, seeking adaptation to new methodological models in the process
of teaching and learning.
