Abstract

In order to improve the standards of your business results, product quality and customer loyalty, many companies are looking for excellent process management to help them optimize and control their operations. These implementations are intended to guide each part of the organization in performing correctly and in a timely manner the activities. Thus, the present work had the objective of applying optimization techniques in an industry of the footwear sector in the backlands of Paraiba. The results allowed the application of tools to reduce the cycle time of the assembly line of the "boss car" of the enterprise. In this way, it obtained great gains with the reduction of the processing time to 116.4 seconds after the actions of improvements.
