Abstract:
The main practice of Endomarketing is to do with that all of the employees have a vision shared on the company, including items as administration, goals, results, products, services and market us which it acts. A Program of Endomarketing well fact is capable to turn the employee a committed being with the company, each one in his/her area of performance and through his/her work. In this context, the present work had as objective measures the level of the internal customers' of the Agency 0082 satisfaction in the city of Campina Grande - PB. The model monográfico went as for the exploratory and descriptive ends. How many to the means used to reach the objective was a field research, a case study. For the collection of data it was made a bibliographical revision concerning the theme in subject, a questionnaire was applied adapted with the objective of discovering the level of satisfaction of the same ones in the company. It was taken into account the socioeconomic profile through the variables: gender, age group, marital status, family monthly income, education and time of service in the company; containing six closed subjects. On Monday, he/she suggests himself that aspects related to the collaborators' satisfaction are investigated for implantation of a program of Endomarketing. The study revealed that the organization possesses promising talents, in which it provides a junction of experience with youth breaking like this some paradigms in the past. As the internal customers' of the Agency satisfaction, it can be noticed that in the general it was of great importance, divergence of opinions exists and consequently situations of individual satisfaction conditions of agreement mainly with those collaborators' psychological partner, and still, to know the tools of the endomarketing is used in that organization. Though it is necessary that the managers stimulate their collaborators more and more to draw her/it goals and objectives of the organization.
