Resumen:
The present research addresses the thematic of mutual accountability that all
employees, teachers and non-teachers, such as lunch boxes, watchmen,
cleaning aides and other employees of the institutions of early childhood
education have as to the care and education of children. It is considered that
this subject is of intense relevance for the institutions of infantile education in
the quest to promote a work with quality. In this logic, the objective is to
investigate the understanding of the educators and especially the non-teachers
who work in a municipal nursery in Cajazeiras-PB on the conception of care and
education. To reach the research objective, the methodology of this work is
structured through a bibliographical research of qualitative approach, data
collection with the use of a questionnaire and descriptive analysis of these
results in addition to the field study. The analysis also counts on the study of
authors such as Aries (1991), Lucas (2005) Trevisan (2018) and Cerissara
(1999) to better delineate the question. The research was carried out only with
non-teaching professionals and as a result it was understood that some of the
employees have the understanding that caring and educating are everyone's
responsibilities, but that further study is still needed in order to the theme.
