Resumo:
The present study has as its theme "Games and play in the process of learning in
early childhood education: a pedagogic proposal as playfulness." Theme of
considerable importance with regard to the understanding of the play in the learning
process in early childhood education, understanding the play as an important
educational tool for teachers in the classroom, since education through playful
children learn with more pleasure and consequently learning will have greater
meaning, and to analyze from the perspective of teachers the use of games and
activities in the teaching learning process in early childhood education, and more
specifically describe the importance of playfulness in this stage of education as a tool
for interaction and production and knowledge; understand how educators are using
the play in the classroom as an educational practice. To perform the study, we used
an exploratory research methodology as a qualitative approach to obtain data
concerning the practice of playfulness in the classroom. Used for data collection, a
questionnaire with objective questions, aimed at five (05) active teachers in Early
Childhood Education (Garden I and II) in municipal kindergartens City Cajazeiras -
PB, After collected the data analyzes of the results were performed from the
responses obtained in the data collection instrument itself, which allowed us to
understand how educators make use of playfulness in the classroom. From the data
in the study subsidized by authors such as: Almeida (2008), Carvalho (2008),
Kishimoto (2007), Oliveira (2008) among others, we realize that the playful education
becomes an alternative for improving the process children's learning, setting up an
instrument or teaching resource capable of assisting in classrooms enabling the
learner a more enjoyable way to learn.
